My husband and I recently bought an apartment property in St. Pete. The Bay2Gulf property management team has done a very good job of turning the place around as it was not well managed by the prior owner. There was quite a bit of trash and debris around the property, overgrown landscaping, dogs running around off-leash, etc. The property is now in much better shape and a nicer place for the tenants to live.
